RULES AND REGULATIONS

  1. ELIGIBILITY: NO PURCHASE OR PAYMENT OF ANY KIND IS NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN. A purchase will not increase an entrant's chances of winning. Open only to legal residents of the United States and the District of Columbia, excluding Rhode Island, New York and Florida ("U.S."), who have reached the age of majority in the entrant's jurisdiction of residence at time of entry. Employees, officers and directors of Paradigm Press ("Sponsor"), and any of its subsidiaries, wholesalers, distributors, and all of their parent companies, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotion agencies (collectively, "Sweepstakes Entities"), and the immediate family members (spouses, siblings, children, parents, grandparents, grandchildren and spouses of the foregoing, regardless of where they live) or members of the same households (whether related or not) of such individuals are not eligible. Subject to all applicable federal, state and local laws and regulations. Void where prohibited.

Entries will be accepted between February 13, 2026, at 12:00 AM ET and February 15, 2026, at 9:00AM ET (the “Entry Period”). All information provided by entrants must be complete, true and correct. Limit one entry per person. Entries using macro, script or other forms of automatic entry will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole and absolute discretion, to disqualify any entry that does not comply with these Official Rules. The Alternate Method of Entry provides entrants with an equal chance of winning and does not require consent to receive marketing communications.

  1. SWEEPSTAKES PRIZES: Eight (8) winners will receive a one-year subscription to Mason Sexton’s The Map (approximate retail value: $1,640 per prize). The subscription prize does not automatically renew. No payment method is required to claim or redeem the prize. Any continuation of the subscription beyond the one-year prize term is solely at the winner’s election and expense. Sponsor will conduct a random drawing from among all eligible entries received and winners will be chosen February 15, 2026 at 10:02AM ET.

Potential winners will be notified by phone, email, U.S.P.S. mail and/or courier at Sponsor’s sole discretion. Return of a prize notification or other documentation as undeliverable or inability to make contact with individual by phone will result in disqualification and an alternate winner will be randomly selected. Winners may be required to complete an affidavit of eligibility, a liability release and a publicity release, subject to the laws of the entrant’s state of residency. A notified individual potential winner, at his or her discretion, may disclaim a prize by not claiming such prize within fourteen (14) calendar days of the date of Sponsor’s first notification attempt or by not completing and returning to Sponsor the affidavit and releases within the time period specified in the notification (if such documents are provided by Sponsor) and in such case an alternate potential prize winner will be selected. Failure to timely respond or comply with these requirements will result in forfeiture of the prize, and an alternate winner may be selected. Prizes will be awarded within sixty (60) days after receipt of affidavit and release documents and winner verification.

  1. ODDS OF WINNING & PRIZE RESTRICTIONS: Odds of winning a Sweepstakes prize will be determined by the number of eligible entries received. No prize, or any portion of a prize, may be redeemed for cash, transferred, assigned or bequeathed, and no prize or prize portion is transferable upon death or otherwise by operation of law. Prizes are valid only for the items detailed above. No prize substitution, in whole or in part, is allowed by winners; however, Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize of equal or greater value (including cash, at Sponsor's sole discretion) due to prize unavailability or any other reason as solely determined by Sponsor.
  2. GENERAL: All federal, state, and local income tax liabilities are the sole responsibility of each winner. Any expenses not specified herein are the responsibility of the winner. By participating in the Sweepstakes, entrants agree [a] to these Official Rules and decisions of Sponsor (including, without limitation, decisions regarding eligibility of entries, the selection of entrants and the winners, and the awarding of any prizes), which shall be final and binding in all respects relating to this Sweepstakes; [b] to release, discharge and hold harmless Sweepstakes Entities from any and all injuries, liability, losses and damages of any kind resulting from their participating in the Sweepstakes or their acceptance, use or misuse of a prize including, without limitation, personal injury, death and property damage; and if a winner, [c] to permit Sponsor to use his or her name, photograph, likeness, statements, biographical information, voice, voice likeness and city and state address for advertising, publicity and promotional purposes in all media, including but not limited to on air and online, in perpetuity, without compensation, except where prohibited by law or restricted by the entrant’s state of residence, and agree to execute specific consent to such use upon request. Sweepstakes Entities are not responsible for and shall not be liable for: [a] electronic, hardware or software program, network, Internet, computer or other technical malfunctions, failures, or difficulties of any kind, including without limitation, server malfunction or by any human error which may occur in the collection, processing, storage and transmission of data; [b] lost, late, misdirected, or incomplete entries; [c] any type of graphical or other error in the advertising or printing of the Sweepstakes, in the administration of the Sweepstakes, or in the announcement of the prize; or [d] any actual or suspected condition that may cause the administration, security or proper play of the Sweepstakes to be disrupted or corrupted in Sponsor's sole discretion; and in any such event Sponsor reserves the right in its sole discretion to cancel or suspend the Sweepstakes or any portion thereof and to award the prize(s) via a random drawing from among all eligible entries legitimately received prior to cancellation. Use of any device to automate entry is prohibited. Sponsor may permanently disqualify from the Sweepstakes any person it believes has tampered with the entry process or intentionally violated these Official Rules. Sponsor’s decision to cancel, suspend, or modify the Sweepstakes shall be final and binding and shall not give rise to liability.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PERSON TO DELIBERATELY DAMAGE ANY WEB SITE OR UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION MAY BE A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR RESERVES THE RIGHT TO SEEK DAMAGES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

In the event of a dispute regarding the identity of the person submitting an online entry, the entry will be deemed to be submitted by the person in whose name the email account is registered at the time of entry. Potential winner may be required to provide evidence that he or she is the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the winning entry.

  1. DISPUTE RESOLUTION/CHOICE OF LAW: By participating, each entrant agrees that all issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Official Rules or the rights and obligations of entrants or Sponsor in connection with the Sweepstakes shall be governed by Maryland law without giving effect to any principles of conflicts of law of any jurisdiction. Entrant agrees that any action at law or in equity arising out of or relating to this Sweepstakes shall be filed only in the state or federal courts located in Baltimore City in the state of Maryland, United States, and entrant hereby consents and submits to the personal jurisdiction of such courts for the purposes of litigating any such action. Except where prohibited, by participating in this Sweepstakes, entrant agrees that: [a] any and all disputes, claims, and causes of action arising out of or connected with this Sweepstakes shall be resolved individually, without resort to any form of class action; and [b] any and all claims, judgments and awards shall be limited to actual out-of-pocket costs incurred, including costs associated with participating in this Sweepstakes but in no event attorneys' fees; and [c] under no circumstances will any entrant be permitted to obtain awards for and entrant hereby waives all rights to claim punitive, incidental and consequential damages and any other damages, other than for actual out-of-pocket expenses, and any and all rights to have damages multiplied or otherwise increased.
  2. WINNER LIST: For a list of winners submit a written request and stamped, self-addressed envelope to Sponsor at: Paradigm Press, LLC 1001 Cathedral Street Baltimore, MD 21201 United States of America. A winners list will be sent after prizes have been awarded.
  3. SEVERABILITY: If any provision(s) of these Official Rules are held to be invalid or unenforceable, all remaining provisions hereof will remain in full force and effect.
