THE ALTUCHER ALLIANCE SWEEPSTAKES

RULES AND REGULATIONS

This Altucher Alliance Sweepstakes (the “Sweepstakes”) is sponsored by Paradigm Press, LLC (“Sponsor”). The Sweepstakes begins on April 25, 2024 at 2:00 PM EST and ends on April 25, 2024 at 5:00 PM EST (the “Sweepstakes Period”).

1. 1. NO PURCHASE NECESSARY TO ENTER OR WIN.

2. 2. How To Enter.

   In order to enter, each participant must completely fill out the entry form available at 1000spots.com/sweepstakes.html (each an “Entry”) during the Sweepstakes Period. By completing and submitting an Entry, each participant receives one (1) entry into the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) entry per person. Entry materials become the property of Sponsor and will not be acknowledged or returned. Any attempt by a participant to use multiple email addresses or accounts to multiply the number of entries, or any attempt to use an automated system or agent to submit entries, is prohibited and will result in disqualification from the Sweepstakes. In the event of a dispute as to participation, the authorized account holder of the email address submitting the Entry will be deemed to be the participant. The authorized account holder of an email address is the natural person assigned to the email address by the applicable Internet access provider, online service provider, or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses for the domain associated with the email address.

3. 3. Drawing.

   A random drawing to select the winners will be held at Sponsor’s offices on April 25, 2024. Winners will be announced on April 25, 2024. Must be present on the event to win. All qualified entries will be placed in the drawing. The first Entry drawn for each prize will be declared the potential Winner. A Sponsor representative will be present to conduct each of the drawings. Participants need not be present to win. The potential Winners will be notified either by phone, email, or by mail within approximately ten (10) days of the drawing based on the information provided in his or her Entry. The potential Winners will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release and all required tax documents within fourteen (14) days of notification or his or her prize will be forfeited (except where prohibited by law). Limit one Prize per Entrant.

4. 4. Prize.

   Sixty (60) winners will receive a prize of $1,000USD presented by check after submitting necessary tax documentation.

5. 5. Eligibility.

   The Sweepstakes is open to legal residents of the United States residing in the 45 of the contiguous states, Alaska, Hawaii, and the District of Columbia 21 years or older. Residents of NY, FL and RI are not eligible for sweepstakes. Individuals who are employees of Sponsor or its affiliates, sales representatives, subsidiaries or parent companies, advertising/sales promotion agencies, or judging organizations and the immediate families of each are not eligible. Persons who have won a contest prize from Sponsor in the last 12 months are not eligible. Void where prohibited or restricted by law. By submitting an Entry, participant acknowledges that he or she is in good legal standing. If selected as the potential Winner, participant agrees that the Sponsor has the right to investigate participant’s background and declare the participant ineligible if he or she is found not to be in good legal standing, and any decision is at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

6. 6. Conditions.

   All federal, state, and local laws and regulations apply. Void where prohibited. Sponsor shall not be responsible for any expenses incurred by participants in connection with participating in the Sweepstakes or claiming or using any prize awarded in the Sweepstakes. By submitting an Entry, each participant agrees to be bound by these Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations. Any decisions related to the Sweepstakes, the Sweepstakes Rules and Regulations, the operation of the Sweepstakes, and the qualifications and eligibility of any participant are at the sole discretion of Sponsor and are final. Each participant agrees to release and hold Sponsor, and its employees, officers, directors, shareholders, agents, representatives, and their subsidiaries, parent companies, or other affiliated companies harmless from any and all damages, losses, claims, and liabilities arising out of his or her participation in the Sweepstakes or resulting from accepting or claiming any prize awarded hereunder. Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to terminate, suspend, or otherwise cancel the Sweepstakes at any time for any reason. Each Winner will be required to complete an Affidavit of Eligibility and Liability/Publicity Release or his or her prize will be forfeited (except where prohibited by law). Participation in the Sweepstakes constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to use each Winner’s name, likeness, biographical information, photographs, and any statements or remarks made about winning or participating in the Sweepstakes for advertising and promotional purposes (in any medium) without additional compensation. Participants acknowledge and agree that Sponsor may share any and all information collected through the Sweepstakes from time to time with its subsidiaries, parent companies, or other affiliated companies. Sponsor may verify that all Winners are qualified. The Winner must consent to a background check or he or she shall be disqualified from the Sweepstakes and shall not be eligible to receive any prizes. Sponsor shall have the right to disqualify any participant that commits any act or is involved in any situation or occurrence, which in Sponsor’s discretion, brings Sponsor into public scandal or ridicule, shocks or offends the community, detracts from the public image of Sponsor, or reflects unfavorably upon Sponsor. In the event the Winner is determined to be ineligible or is otherwise disqualified from the Sweepstakes, Sponsor may, but shall not be required, to select an alternate Winner. Sponsor is not responsible for (i) lost, late, damaged, misdirected, or illegible Entries; (ii) technical malfunctions, interruptions, deletions, or defects of any kind to any telephone network, computer system, computer equipment, mobile device, server, service provider, or software; (iii) any theft, tampering, alteration, or destruction associated with the Sweepstakes, including the Entry; (iv) unauthorized access to any network, computer system, computer equipment, mobile device, server, or software, or (v) unsuccessful attempts to notify the Winner. Any attempt to damage or undermine the fair and legitimate operation of the Sweepstakes shall result in disqualification and may be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. The use of any third party trademark in connection with this section is solely for the purpose of describing one or more prizes and is not intended to suggest any ownership rights or sponsorships or affiliations.
